If our jewellery is made to your exact requirements, we typically plan for a dispatch date of approximately 2-3 weeks from the date when your order is placed. If items are in stock you can expect to receive your jewellery within 1-2 weeks. As soon as we receive your order a confirmation email will be sent. You will receive a second email upon dispatch.

In the unlikely event of a delay in dispatch you will be informed by email or telephone.

Securely Packaged

All orders are securely packaged to protect them in transit. Every package we send is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Upon delivery you will be asked to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’. Please ensure that there will be someone to sign for your package. If your item isn’t signed for it will be returned to your local sorting office for collection.

We Offer Delivery Anywhere in the World

We are very pleased to offer delivery on all orders, including customers outside the UK. However, there is an additional charge of £20 for deliveries within the EU and £30 – for other countries. 
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any duties, taxes or surcharges applied by a non-UK country and we recommend that you check the costs first prior to placing your order.
