ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We endeavour to ensure that all information displayed on this website is accurate and up to date. However, there may be small errors such as typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. It is our right to correct any errors such as product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. On occasion this may result in an order being cancelled (including after you have submitted your order).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT and the order will be dispatched from our UK distribution centre on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. No duties or taxes are included in the purchase price. These are incurred in the destination Country and are the responsibility of the customer. You will be required to pay such taxes to release your order from customs. For more information on taxes please contact your local customs office prior to accepting these terms and conditions.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping and, in terms of the 10-Day Returns Policy, you can return any items you do not want for a full refund of your purchase price.

OUR Guarantee

1. 10-Day Return Guarantee

All Eternity Diamonds jewellery is subject to our 10-Day Money Back Guarantee. This means if you’re not delighted with the product, for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be in unworn pristine condition. Items must be returned in their original presentation packaging, along with the Sales Invoice (or a legible copy). Without this your refund may be delayed by up to ten days. If the presentation box is missing a restocking fee of 15% of our regular Retail Selling Price (RSP), will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Note: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned. Items that have been worn and are not in “as new” condition cannot be returned for refund or credit unless defective in manufacture.

2. Lifetime Gemstone Guarantee

Eternity Diamonds gems last a lifetime. But in the unlikely event any of your gems are damaged or suffer an accident dislodging them, we’ll give you replacement gems free of charge - you pay only £9.95 shipping and insurance for us to send your new gems to you. Alternatively, we’ll replace the entire item with a brand new one for a nominal fee of 15% of its regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement, subject to a minimum of £30. Shipping is free to you for your replacement item. To claim in terms of this guarantee, please email support@eternitydiamonds.co.uk and attach a photograph of the item showing the missing or damaged gem(s). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as we receive your email to begin to process your claim. It may not be necessary to return your item, please wait to be contacted and receive further instruction on how to proceed.

PIERCED EARRINGS RETURN POLICY

For hygiene reasons, only faulty pierced earrings are eligible for refund or exchange.

We will endeavour to correct any errors that come to our attention.
