How do I place an order?

We offer a simple way to place an order and are committed to delivering excellent customer service at every stage of your order process. Placing an order online is simple. Select your preferred piece of jewellery, choose any specifications, and proceed to the checkout. What packaging do you use?

Your order will be packaged discreetly with no reference to what the contents are. Our secure packaging in transit policy ensures that valuable contents are not advertised. There will be no mention of our brand name, diamonds gold or jewellery. The outside packaging may be plain, but on the inside the gift is beautifully presented ready for that special person.

How safe is my jewellery in transit?

We use leading trusted global delivery companies, so we are confident that your order will be safe. However, for further peace of mind, we insure against the event of loss, damage and/or theft during shipment.

If you are returning an item to us it is your responsibility to insure the item against loss or damage in transit. Most delivery companies will provide an insured option. Simply let your delivery company know the value of your parcel and it will be insured up to that value. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for losses incurred during transit for any items that are being returned to us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I return pierced earrings?

If they have been worn, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can’t be returned. If, however the earrings are defective in manufacture they can be returned for a refund or exchange following our returns process.

What should I do if an item is faulty when I receive it?

Return it to us at The Old Bank, Tellers Room, 153 The Parade High Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1NA, United Kingdom with the original invoice (or a legible copy). Please include an explanation of the reason for return and specify whether you would like an exchange or refund. All returned items must be returned with the original presentation box and sleeve. If these are missing from your return a restocking fee of 15% of your purchase will be deducted from your refund amount.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in My Account anytime before your order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we have no way of changing the shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order please take a moment to read our Returns, Refunds & Warranty or contact a member of our customer care team on 0208 952 6346, where they will be able to assist.

Who pays the shipping on returned items?

You will need to pay the shipping cost when returning an item to us. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, we will refund the shipping cost from your original order. For more information see Returns, Refunds & Warranty

How long does it take to receive my refund?

A refund takes up to 10 working days to process. Our excellent customer service team will be happy to discuss estimated refund times with you when a refund is agreed.

What should I do if there's any other issue with my order?

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap your finger with a thread, lace or paper tape. Measure the length of thread with a ruler then follow our Ring Size Guide to find your ring size.
